  • 12/22 (Monday): Customer service operates according to the regular opening hours.

  • 12/23 (Tuesday): Customer service operates according to the regular opening hours; no in-person customer service will be available.

  • 12/24 (Wednesday): Customer service is closed.

  • 12/25–26 (Thursday–Friday): Public holidays.

  • 12/29 (Monday): Customer service operates according to the regular opening hours.

  • 12/30 (Tuesday): Customer service operates according to the regular opening hours; no in-person customer service will be available.

  • 12/31 (Wednesday): Customer service is available from 08:00 to 16:00; no in-person customer service will be available.

  • 01/01–02 (Thursday–Friday): Public holidays.
